Travis is our Director of Operations and has 25 years of experience as an owner/operator, managing both residential and rural projects. Travis oversees all site activity and field staff to ensure that all projects run efficiently and safely. He has a strong background in earthworks, drainage, civil construction, and landscaping. Travis works diligently to ensure the best results for our customers by leading a highly motivated and skilled team of field operators.

Justin is our estimator and project manager with 15 years of experience in the industry across various construction sectors. Justin manages all estimating and scheduling, and coordinates with the operations team for all site activities. His extensive experience in the industry has enabled him to hone his skills in leading and managing the estimating process, maximizing project value, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Levi, our site foreman, boasts an impressive 15 years of experience in civil and landscape construction. He skillfully supervises projects, oversees field staff and subcontractors, operates machines, performs labour tasks, while ensuring all safety measures are met. With a dedicated and meticulous approach, Levi's comprehensive knowledge in civil construction and earthworks makes him a joy to collaborate with.
